Head Coach Bill Callahan, Zac Taylor and the Huskers are eyeing a trip to either the Fiesta or Cotton Bowls.
The Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic and the Big 12 Conference have announced that Nebraska and Oklahoma will fill the league's spots in those two bowl games.
Buckle Up!

I like to pour this one out for my homie.
I'm taking this time to mourn a yearly death that befuddles me. My head in my hands. November 12 ish of every year, personal denver/metro radio broadcast favorite KOSI 101.1 aka 'cozy' tosses all play lists aside for 24 hours of streaming Christmas favorites. Suck my Aaron Neville-well dry why don't you KOSI. You're right, annie lenox should take a back seat to bing crosby. Just have to wait until spring when reality thaws out.

Cotton Bowl -Section II
If NU wins next Friday against the Buffs there is a strong belief on local talk shows that the Cotton Bowl will take NU over the Sooners. I honestly, and this time I'm being honest, can't think of a way to go to this without an RV. That being said there are a number of fine establishments across the country which rent said RV's on a daily or weekly basis. An RV would be stationed in the parking lot of State Fair park next to the Cotton Bowl @ 13:00 12/30/06 precisely when the lot opens and tailgating would take place for the next 46 hours until the game starts. Speculation would lead to an additional couple of hotel rooms in the near vicinity to allow for slumber and showers as well as general pulling of it together. The first question is, assuming a Husker victory against CU and loss to Texas, whose coming with me? Are you N?

Movie Reviw: Borat
Ladies and Gentlemen, I think the perfect comedy has been made...and his name is Borat. The perfect mix of anti-semitism, anti-feminism, and penis. It's absolutely hilarious. I have to say that it's one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. It's also brilliant. I highly suggest.
My rating: (.)(.)(.)(.)(.)--five out of five tits.
Here's a little taste:

VOTE OR DIE!
These are the infamous words from Diddy. I don't care who you vote for, just get out and do it. You can cram tonight or tomorrow for what you think about the issues and candidates.
VOTE! It is your right, privlege, and duty as an American.

Battle for the North
Alright, I consider myself to be a die-hard Husker fan. So it's no surprise that the past 9 years have been rather dissapointing. I know, I know...we're Husker fans, we're spoiled. So much in fact, that we clap at the losing team.
Where are we now? The Bill Callahan era. Upon his hiring, I was probably one of the most stoked people in Huskerland. Three years in, we're sitting at a mediocre 6-3, coming off a loss to Oklahoma State.
Tomorrow we play Missouri in what is pretty much the fight for the north Division. If we lose, we fall deeeeep into mediocrity--the thing Pederson hired Callahan to avoid. Restore the order? Even if we win tomorrow, there's still a cloud of uncertainty in the shadow of the Sower.
So I ask Exit 177 this...what do you think about tomorrow's game? If we win, do we win out the rest of the season? Or is Callahan not all we bargained for, and will we be stuck in this Huskergatory...between greatness (Texas game) and the meak (OSU loss).
I have no idea. Positive attitude B says we throttle Mizzou. But then again, POB thought we'd kill OSU. All I know is that we, the unhindered Husker faithfull, don't NEED a win...we deserve it.
Happy Huskering.
